Sequoia Gets ready to celebrate 1 year!

It was February 8, 2009 that Sequoia Community Church launched its weekly public service in Fresno.  Since that time, we have seen God bless and grow our church tremendously with new people coming every week.  Our desire from the beginning has been to be a place where people can get real and embrace Jesus, be encouraged to follow him as disciples, and be empowered to start new churches everywhere.  We are seeing this vision happening in our weekly services, at our monthly community outreaches, and through our life groups.  It is our prayer that God will continue to bless Sequoia in 2010 with more growth and most importantly, with lives changed by Jesus.  We are so thankful for our parent churches TCC, and Oak Hills for their shared desire to see new churches that reproduce new churches across the valley and around the world.  It is a blessing to be part of that family.
